The DIA pays special attention to the processes of personnel selection and training, as the leading figure of any university is the teaching staff, on the potential of which the achievement of the university’s mission and educational goals depends.
Admission and election of teaching staff to vacant positions is carried out in accordance with the “Rules of competitive replacement of positions of teaching staff and researchers of universities and the order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic “On approval of the Rules of competitive replacement of positions of teaching staff and researchers of universities”.
The rights and obligations are defined in the job descriptions: for heads of departments, professors, associate professors, senior teachers, teachers.
All regulatory documents and job descriptions of the TS are available to the TS and are posted on the Akkademia website. The number and composition of the teaching staff are planned based on the needs of the educational process, the standard training load per teacher and the contingent of students.
The selection and placement of scientific and pedagogical personnel is carried out by concluding an employment contract based on the decision of the competition commission for the replacement of positions.
The teaching staff of the DIA meets the qualification requirements for licensing educational activities.
