According to this profile, specialists are trained who can ensure the security of radio and telecommunications systems that operate in conditions of information security threats. This area is an actual, strategically important direction in the world.

The curriculum of this profile provides for the study of issues of organizational and legal support of information security, various methods of protection, in particular, cryptographic, as well as software, hardware and technical means of ensuring information security and protection against unauthorized access for various telecommunications systems and networks, including local, corporate and computer networks, and Internet.

The program studies technologies for ensuring information security in the transmission and storage of information; information processing mechanisms; methods for detecting malware and ways to protect against them.
